Terms of Service

1. Booking & Payments

All service bookings require a 50% non-refundable advance payment to confirm the date and procure necessary floral materials.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the event. While the advance is non-refundable, it may be adjusted for future dates subject to availability.

3. Property & Equipment

Clients are responsible for any loss or damage to decorative property, frames, or equipment during the duration of the event setup.

4. Performance Limitation

Service fulfillment is subject to location accessibility and weather conditions. We reserve the right to modify designs for safety reasons in extreme conditions.

5. Design Ownership

All creative floral arrangements and custom setup designs conceptualized by Blush & Bloom remain the intellectual property of our company.
